The short version

This website explains what Counterline Ops does and lets you try samples of it. The samples use made-up businesses and numbers. Nothing here is a promise of results. Paid work for your business is covered by the written agreement you sign before it starts.

Using this site means you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

The demos and samples

The demos, the sample dashboard, the sample reports and the sample handover use made-up businesses, people and numbers. They show what’s possible, not what any business will get. Any resemblance to a real business is a coincidence.

AI answers and Talk to Emma

Some parts of this site use AI: the Talk to Emma button and the “Text your business” samples. AI can get things wrong, so don’t rely on its answers for prices or decisions. Mike confirms everything in person.

Talk to Emma uses your microphone only while the call is on, and the call is recorded and transcribed. Please don’t use these features to share sensitive information, to harass anyone, or to try to make them misbehave.

Text messages

If you text us, or ask us to text you, you agree to get texts from Counterline Ops about your request: replies, scheduling and follow-up on your free call. How many you get depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us. Carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number is on the Privacy page. We never sell or share it.

Booking a call

Sending the booking form asks for a free 30-minute call. It doesn’t commit you to anything. Paid work starts only after we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement’s terms apply to it.

What’s ours

The site’s words, logo, designs and demos belong to Counterline Ops. You’re welcome to share links to it. Please don’t copy it to sell, or pass it off as your own.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we can’t promise it’s always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Counterline Ops isn’t responsible for losses from using the site, its demos or its AI answers.

These terms are governed by Florida law. If they change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
